Organizational Management:

The General Council (GC) of 22 members of the organization is the highest policy making body. It meets once in a year to review and approve activity plans, annual budgets, expenditures and audit report of the last financial year. It formulates policies and elects an Executive Committee (EC) for 2 years. The present EC of 7 members meets quarterly to approve and review the quarterly activity plans, budgets, expenditures and progress. The Executive Director (ED) is responsible to run the daily activities through his staff and volunteers. The ED is accountable to the EC.
